1 (3 pound) pot roast
2 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 (16 ounce) bottles cola

2 packages (3 oz each) lime gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
2 quarts lime sherbet
3 cups ginger ale, chilled
In a freezer container, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the cold water and sherbert until combined. Freeze for 4 hours or until set. Remove from the freezer 45 minutes before serving. For each serving, place 1 cup of slush mixture in a glass; add about 1/3 cup ginger ale. Yields 8 servings.

2 medium ripe bananas
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened sliced strawberries
2 tablespoons honey
5 ice cubes
Whipped topping, chocolate syrup and maraschino cherries
In a blender, combine the first five ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Gradually add ice, blending until slushy. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with the whipped topping, chocolate syrup and cherries. Yields 4 servings.

1 carton (8 oz) strawberry yogurt
1/2 to 3/4 cup cranberry juice
1-1/2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries, quartered
1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt and cranberry juice. Add strawberries, raspberries and sugar; cover and process until blended. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Yields 2 servings..
